Our Mission

Toey was created with a simple goal: help learners improve their English more effectively with AI — across TOEIC, IELTS, and everyday Speaking. Instead of just giving the correct answer, Toey — your personal AI tutor — explains why each answer is right or wrong, chats with you across multiple turns, and even listens to your speech to assess pronunciation.

I'm Han. I taught myself English and Japanese, on my own. No school, no tutor. I scored 905 on the TOEIC, passed JLPT N2, and I'm preparing for IELTS on Toey right now. When I studied alone, I always missed three things: a clear plan, explanations that make sense, and knowing how far I was from my goal. I built Toey so you have all three. Toey now covers TOEIC, IELTS and JLPT, and it isn't from a big company. It's my own project.

When you want the full test bank, you can upgrade to the Pro plan.

Toey is an independent, self-funded company. Pro subscriptions and one-time exam passes pay for the AI and content, and keep the free tier available to everyone.
